November 9th, the FRP Institute in conjunction with the North Carolina DOT held a half day technical training seminar for DOT personnel accompanied by a job site visit. A 28 span bridge project on the North Carolina Outer Banks under construction by Balfour Beatty and making extensive use of CFRP prestressing tendons and GFRP Rebar.
Education and training accredited by the FRP Institute for Civil Infrastructure. Certificate of completion and engineering credits were issued.
